Thank you for submitting the agreement.  We can not release a certificate until you set up for payment. Please click the subscribe tab and select for the monthly payment option.  Once payment is received, you can request a Certificate of Insurance.  All certificates must be requested online. You can do so by clicking the "Step 2 - Request COI" link under "Become a Client" on the Staffpro+ Welcome page.

First Time Enrollment

* For new clients only.  Click the subscribe tab and select option for "monthly payment".

Once payment is received, the enrollment process is complete.

Special Payment

* For existing clients only.   Only use this at the direction of our staff for special circumstances such as making changes to an existing account.
